1 MAWB Clearance Charges: 主單清關(guān)費(fèi)用包括：

As of June 7th all DIRECT MAWBs (not going through a network hub) into Australia origin would be charged

USD 100.00 per MAWB Clearance Fee which includes:

自6月7日起，所有進(jìn)入澳大利亞的主單（不經(jīng)過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中轉(zhuǎn)站）。每個(gè)主單需繳納100美元的清關(guān)費(fèi)，這個(gè)費(fèi)用包括：

1). International Document Fee. 國(guó)際文件費(fèi)用

2). International Terminal Fee. 國(guó)際終點(diǎn)站費(fèi)用

3). Handling Charge. 手續(xù)費(fèi)用

2 Shipment Clearance Charges: 貨物清關(guān)費(fèi)用

1). High Value Shipments of value over AUD 250.00 or the shipments Duty & Tax greater than AUD 50.00

would be charged the following:

價(jià)值高于250澳元的高值貨物或者稅費(fèi)高于50澳元的貨物必須繳納一下費(fèi)用：

a. Customs Clearance & Entry Fee AUD 33.89 An automactic charge for formal entry by customs

報(bào)關(guān)費(fèi)用 33.89澳元 由海關(guān)收取正式報(bào)關(guān)貨物的費(fèi)用

b. Brokerage Fee AUD 82.5 A charge for formal clearance by customs broker

報(bào)關(guān)員傭金 82.5 澳元 報(bào)關(guān)員正式報(bào)關(guān)所收取的費(fèi)用

c. Duty % of value of goods based on commodity

按照貨物價(jià)值所征的關(guān)稅，征稅比例取決于貨物

d. GST 10% of the value of goods + duty

消費(fèi)稅，10% 的貨物價(jià)值+關(guān)稅

2). Quarantine Commodity Shipments would be have the additional charges:

檢疫貨物還需繳納以下費(fèi)用：

a. Quarantine Inspection AUD 85.00 檢疫費(fèi)用 85澳元

b. Quarantine Processing AUD 30.00 檢疫處理 30澳元

c. Storage AUD 25.00 min + $0.20 per kg 儲(chǔ)存費(fèi)用 25澳元+每公斤0.2美元

3. Warranty Return Shipments must be declared clearly on the manifest for customs as for those

shipment neither duty nor GST is paid against the shipment.

保單退回貨物必須在遞交海關(guān)的載貨清單上說(shuō)明，因?yàn)檫@些貨物不需要繳納關(guān)稅或者消費(fèi)稅

Those shipment charges will be billed to consignee, and if consignee refused then they will be charged

to shipper/origin. An example to clear the above:

If you send clothing valued at AUD 200 this is lower than the high level value, however customs will

calculate the duty and see if it is more that AUD 50.00, Duty for clothing is 25%,GST is always 10% of

value of goods + duty amount 10 % of AUD 250 = AUD 25.00

如果寄價(jià)值200澳元的衣服，（價(jià)值低于高值貨物的價(jià)值），但是海關(guān)會(huì)計(jì)算該貨物需繳納的關(guān)稅，看是否超過(guò)50澳元

（25%×200 澳元=50澳元），消費(fèi)稅是貨物價(jià)值×10% + 關(guān)稅，10%×250澳元=25澳元
